Adult Theme Cakes, Yes or No?

I have been asked to do an adult theme cake, but not sure if I really wanted to do one or not. I know it is just business. If you were put in this position what would you do?

    I probably wouldn't do the Adult Theme Cake.

    I just saw the cake you did for Sara. You did an amazing job! The cake fit the party and was yummy too.
